A Future of Dignified, Affordable Housing in Denver Advances Thanks to Critical Financing Awards

In May 2025, Gorman & Company achieved a significant milestone for its new affordable housing project in central Denver. Coined The Tapestry, the development was awarded a competitive 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), the Colorado state affordable housing tax credit, and a Transit-Oriented Community credit, securing the critical funding needed to move swiftly toward construction.

Centerline on Glendale Opens; Marks Turning Point in Arizona’s Housing Landscape

In just under two years, Centerline on Glendale became Arizona’s first affordable housing community financed using state low-income housing tax credits. With a staggering 368 units, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, Gorman & Company, along with city, county, and state leaders, gathered in March to celebrate the opening of this pioneering and collaborative affordable housing community just west of downtown Glendale.

Affordable Housing Opens for Families in Green Bay

Green Bay’s east side just got a significant upgrade with the opening of Bay City Lofts, a $15 million affordable housing development from Gorman & Company. Located at 2510 University Avenue, Bay City Lofts offers 48 apartments, most reserved for families earning 30-60% of the area’s median income.
