We’re proud to showcase just a few of our valued partners and explain how their services, when combined with ours, meet the unique needs of our residents.
Local First Arizona – Glendale, AZ
Local First Arizona is a local nonprofit that provides entrepreneurial support services for individuals interested in starting food‑based businesses, assists residents with program enrollment, and supports early‑stage business development. At one of our housing communities in Glendale, Local First hosts a large monthly food distribution, serving an average of 100 residents. As a contracted on‑site partner, Local First operates directly out of a commercial kitchen at Centerline on Glendale and offers its Community Kitchen Incubator Program to up to 30 residents. The goal is to set residents up for success to establish local culinary businesses.
Food Bank of the Rockies – Denver, CO
Food insecurity affects 1 in 8 Colorado residents, and Food Bank of the Rockies works to provide meals for these members of our community. Through the Evergreen Program, the food bank provides monthly food boxes for Coloradans 60 and older. Through close collaboration, Gorman & Company assists them in delivering food directly to these older residents’ doors and ensures they receive consistent, reliable nutritional support.
ARM of Save the Family – Mesa, AZ
ARM of Save the Family is a nonprofit housing organization affiliated with Save the Family Foundation of Arizona that provides long‑term affordable rental housing and supportive services for working poor and formerly homeless individuals and families in the East Valley. Gorman & Company partners with ARM on affordable housing developments in Mesa, where residents have access to wraparound services, including case management and family support programs, designed to promote housing stability and long‑term self‑sufficiency.
PNC Mobile Bank Branch – Multiple Communities
For many residents, consistent transportation to a bank can be challenging. That’s why Gorman & Company partnered with which brings its mobile banking branch to several of our housing communities on a recurring basis. PNC provides basic banking services like withdrawals and deposits, as well as on-site financial coaching and financial literacy classes, setting residents up for success in their financial futures.
Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation – Tucson, AZ
Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation (Rainbow) is a nonprofit that provides comprehensive on-site support services for our residents in Tucson. This includes youth enrichment programs and specialized support for seniors. Rainbow also connects residents to free job training and workforce development opportunities, helping individuals build skills and pursue long-term goals, which, in turn, contribute to their local communities and the economy.
Colorado Health Foundation – Denver, Colorado
The Colorado Health Foundation is a statewide philanthropic organization that champions the overall health and well-being of every Coloradan. By advocating for and investing in solutions and policies that drive health equity and racial justice, CHF collaborates with organizations and communities to break down systemic inequities that hinder health and prosperity. Our partnership at The Tapestry, a 72-unit multi-generational affordable housing community in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood, will offer the Uptown Clinic on the ground floor, which will provide accessible health services to residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
