Gorman and Company formed its Property Management department in 1991 and has grown into a full-scale Portfolio Management team. The team has grown substantially in its volume of business and scope of services for both internally owned and fee-managed properties, which entails Property Management, Asset Management, Compliance, Relocation, and Resident Services.
We now manage over 7,000 units across the country. Through an operating philosophy built around three principles: having fun, being accountable, and achieving results. The management team has continued to earn high marks from local communities, partners, investors, owners, and state agencies for its professional and exemplary high standards and performance.
