Denverites in need of affordable housing options with amenities can celebrate. On December 12, 2023, Gorman & Company broke ground on Ruby Vista, a 98-unit affordable housing community located directly across from the 80-acre Ruby Hill Park in south Denver.

Ruby Vista will offer a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartment homes serving families of many sizes. All of the units will be income-restricted to serve households earning between 30-60% of Area Median Income (AMI). Plus, residents can enjoy prime access to Ruby Hill Park, located right across the street with all of its amenities, including:
- A bike park
- Walking paths
- Free concerts at Levitt Pavilion
- Playgrounds
- Basketball and volleyball courts
- The Ruby Hill Community Garden
- The Ruby Hill Railyard – offering public sledding, skiing, and snowboarding in the winter
