Get ready, Atlanta! Gorman & Company is offering affordable housing solutions now and in the years to come. It all starts with the grand opening of Residences at Westview, our first affordable housing project in the city.
On Feb. 28, 2024, Gorman & Company, with its partners, celebrated the completion and lease-up of the 60-unit mixed-income community. Located at 1991 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Residences at Westview is already impacting dozens of families by providing quality affordable housing residentents can take pride in. Stakeholders shared how the family-focused development even had a running waitlist, which is unusual at the time of opening.
Residences at Westview features:
- One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, as well as community spaces with a playground, community garden, and outdoor gathering spaces
- 90% affordable units for families making 50-60% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- Proximity to West Lake Station (within a half mile) and easy access to Interstate 285 and Interstate 75/85 along Interstate 20
- After-school services provided by Catholic Charities
