Gorman & Company announces expansion into the Indiana market. Trent Claybaugh has been appointed as the new Indiana Market President, establishing a focused and dedicated expansion of affordable and workforce housing in an effort to revitalize local Indiana communities.
Claybaugh previously held the position of Development Project Manager in Wisconsin.

Claybaugh joined Gorman & Company in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from his role as an asset manager at Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corporation. His educational background includes a Master of Public Affairs degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in economics and a minor in mathematics from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
