Gorman & Company, in partnership with the Town of Silverthorne, breaks ground on a mixed-income, for-rent apartment community in the highly desirable Smith Ranch Neighborhood in Silverthorne, Colorado.
The development will include 135 apartment homes. Of the units available for rent, 70 apartments will serve local workers earning between 80% and 120% Annual Median Income (AMI), and 65 units will serve those who earn between 30% and 60% AMI.
