Affordable Housing Opens for Families in Green Bay

Green Bay’s east side just got a significant upgrade with the opening of Bay City Lofts, a $15 million affordable housing development from Gorman & Company. Located at 2510 University Avenue, Bay City Lofts offers 48 apartments, most reserved for families earning 30-60% of the area’s median income.
