One Bedroom: $514 - $625
Two Bedroom: $604 - $747
Three Bedroom: $687 - $852

There are one and two bedroom apartments available with no income restrictions. Market rents, listed in the paragraph are: $755 for a one bedroom and $900-$925 for a two. An additional charge for washer and dryer of $35.00. The resident pays for electric and gas. The apartments feature gas heat. Up to two (2) cats are accepted, and there is a $20.00 per cat per month pet fee. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.
