Studio: $460-$525
One Bedroom: $505-$615
Two Bedroom: $595-$715
Three Bedroom: $690-$820

There are one and two bedroom apartments available with no income restrictions. The rents are: $725 for one bedrooms and $870 for two bedrooms. Rental rates include water/sewer. The resident pays for electric and gas. The apartments feature gas heat. Up to two (2) cats are accepted, and there is a $20.00 per cat per month pet fee. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.
