Villard Square Grandfamily

Villard Square Grandfamily is the first project of its kind in the City. It features a mixed-use property, featuring the local neighborhood library on the first floor and affordable housing aimed at "grandfamilies", in which older adults are the primary caregivers of their grandchildren. Villard Square Grandfamily provides an on-site supportive services liaison to link residents to local, state, and federal benefits and services. Villard Square Grandfamily creates a new and unique intergenerational community that caters to the needs of older adults and their young children.
