COMING SOON! The Lofts at McKinley

The Lofts at McKinley is a 60-unit, mixed-income, affordable development specifically designed to serve independent seniors 55-years and better in the City's downtown core. Developed in partnership with the Downtown Phoenix CDC, The Lofts at McKinley will be built as a 3-story, urban loft building. It will front W. McKinley St. and N. 5th Avenue in the City's downtown historic Roosevelt Neighborhood. The Lofts at McKinley will have one building with interconnected units. There will be a total of 60 units, 40 of which will be one-bedroom units ranging in size from 674 to 807 square feet, and 20 two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 886 square feet to 894 square feet. Amenities will be targeted towards the creative class, and the project will be the first-ever senior housing development in Arizona to seek LEED-Platinum certification. Arizona Bridge to Independent Living (ABIL), the state's largest provider of disability services, has committed to provide referral and support services for residents with a physical disability.
