GARDENS
In response to the growing mid-90’s condominium
market, Gorman & Company entered for-sale residential
development in 1995 with High Point Gardens Condominiums.
The ranch-style brick colonial homes attracted buyers
who appreciated convenience, custom interiors and quality
construction. The 48 homes in 2- and 4-unit buildings
offered one-level living ranging from 1500-2000 square
feet.
