Glendale Enterprise Lofts


As part of the Glendale Centerline redevelopment effort, coined as a "reimagining of the City's namesake street – Glendale Avenue", Gorman & Company partnered with the Orchard Glen Neighborhood Association and Arizona Bridge to Independent Living (ABIL) to construct fully accessible rental housing for families in downtown Glendale, AZ. The result is a 28-unit, mixed-income, loft apartment development designed to integrate families with disabilities into the mainstream rental market. Designed utilizing 'Universal Design' principles, the building features 100% accessibility and 'visitability', as well as a wide range of amenities including: a computer lab, a theater, a fitness center, free Wi-Fi internet, and a community room/meeting space.
