Brew House

Brew House consists of two historic buildings located within the city's large, historical redevelopment district. The buildings date back to the late 1800's. With over 132,000 total square feet of space to utilize, Brew House allows for an opportunity to mix both commercial and hotel space. Approximately 5,000 square feet of the project is expected to be occupied by a bar or restaurant. Following the successful opening of another Gorman & Company project in the same district (SEE: Blue Ribbon Lofts), the Brew House design is sure to keep its guests in an idyllic mood when away from home while preserving an iconic image within the city.
